The pictures of the running water in this calendar are wonderful. Yoshiyuki Tanaka? a famous Japanese photographer or a friend?

@akarui: The pictures in this calendar are from Oirase River Gorges in Tohoku and Yoshiyuki is my husband.

@MadScientist: My husband is making use of Photoshop Elements 7 most of the time. Don't ask me HOW he manages it, he knows by far much more than I'll ever do about the technical side of things. The calendar is meant to be folded into three and then stuck together at the end; as such it will stand nicely!

@Judy: Well, we're getting closer to "that time"! I liked what he did with his photos of the river in the gorges.....hope to be able to finish the comments at his album on the Oirase Gorges and open it on Webshots
