@MadScientist: The location is marvellous especially in April,May and June! Think of the work it goes into this landscaping and changing the flowers all the time! I don't want them dancing and singing among this beauty and, moreover, I'd be grateful if they forbid dogs (pets) being brought into the park! The Japanese have developed of late a taste for dogs as pets and specially for BIG dogs!
