Spring in My Neighbourhood......

Posted by Japanalia (Yokohama, Japan) on 27 March 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

This is a new series through which I intend to show you how the place around my home looks in spring. The cherry blossoms are decorating the streets, parks and gardens. The peach blossoms give a most delightful accent with their candy-like pink. And then....spiraea, daffodils of all shapes and colours, pansies, camellias in trees or in the grass....and so many others...I do not know their name, but they are all suddenly alive and blooming!Japan turns into a HUGE garden every spring and we are all getting a sort of fever......flower-fever!
