........a good combination of technique and imagination! The Man is my husband, it was his birthday today......he got 67 and we celebrated quietly just the two of us.I'm happy that he is alive and I cherish every moment I have him by my side. He had a difficult time in 2006 with a stomach cancer surgery and heart problems, too. He recovered beautifully and the year 2007 saw him getting back to his own self. He is a man of many talents and by far a much better photographer that I'll ever be!

@Porcsin: Thank you for the visit! It you look at my "about" or inside my portofolio, you can find photos of me taken by my husband. Regards, Gabriela
You can see how critical he is on his work. I'm so happy for you that you both came through the difficult time! My wife thinks the same about me and I don't agree (this is our fundamental disagreement), I also put her on a throne and she also disagrees!! Despite these fundamental disagreements we stay together :). I'm 62 and I hope the ordeal of your husband will pass my door but you never can tell. He deserves the camera and I wish him much photopleasure with you together, maybe you can post some of his work? BTW I find your work excellent, especially the plant mats you posted recently!
