@Wolfgang Prigge: The illuminations are always on, but they turn special in December. The shot is taken in the new part of Yokohama, the Minato Mirai 21 (which means the Port of the Future 21st Century), which is the favourite playground of young people and also an attractive location for foreign visitors.
