....and temples have a busy time at the beginning of the New Year. Japanese go in hordes to visit and pray at these holy places for a variety of reasons: health, happiness, success in business, academic success,getting children and so on.It is a tradition that makes the New Year one of the most important holidays in the Japanese calendar.
