The Story of Christmas in Art

I was inspired by by The Chrstmas Story - Told through paintings, a collection from the Metropolitan Musem of Art in New York. Paintings included are by Robert Campin (Flemish - around 1406);Gerard David (Flemish - around 1484);Sassetta (Italian -around 1423);Quentin Massys (Flemish - around 1500); follower of Jan Joest (Flemish -around 1515) and one Master LC (Flemish - second quarter of 16th cent.).
