Gabriela ... what a STRONG and beautiful composition this is!!! The colors, of course, are wonderful but the dark trunks beautifully balance the crimson Maple leaves. GORGEOUS!!!

@Judy: Judy, this makes these trees look like sculptures at times, like paintings...other times, and all in all you have the feeling to be in an art gallery where Nature is on show.Thank you for the kind appreciation!

@Lorraine: This is what I love in Japanese trees, this strong contrast between the body of the tree and its foliage. And this is why I think they are works of art, Nature being the artist! Thank you for the visit!
