The Grand Ladies of autumn keep their heads high up and stand in endless rows at the Chrysanthemum Show taking place every autumn at the Shinjuku Imperial Gardens in Tokyo.

Over here, these are sometimes called the "Football Mums," and in years past - maybe 50, I remember young women wearing a single one of these as a corsage. Fellows would give them to 'their girl' to wear to the Thanksgiving Day football games. Always a favorite, your capture here is just beautiful!
